RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGES


Returns

We accept NO RETURNS and can offer NO REFUNDS on our custom products once the orders are approved by the customer.

We do not offer ANY refunds for design work. Once design work has begun there will be NO refunds. This is non negotiable. We do NOT refund for custom design work for any reason. 

We take pride in producing high-quality products! If you encounter any form of defect, contact us and send us an image that proves the damage to your order. We will gladly reproduce the same order purchased given that it is in line with our Terms and Policy.

We do not allow returns or refunds as all orders are uniquely made based on your preference.
Each file is unique to a customer’s preference and each print quality result is unique to that order.
 
We do not allow returns or refunds based on deviations from an expected quality. We do not allow returns or reprints for our products not matching other manufactured parts as every printer will print differently with different methods.
 
We cannot reproduce any order that was purchased based on incorrectly placed customer orders, with such issues as specifications, size, color, texture, or sudden decisions to cancel. 
 
TAKE NOTE that to be able to reproduce your order, we must be contacted within 48 hours from the delivery time. Customers must submit clear images as proof in a direct email. Once a return process is initiated ALL delivered products with defects must be returned.

 

Refund / Exchange

We have a 30 days guaranteed return policy against manufacturing defective products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your product, let us know what item, color or size you would like to exchange with. If your exchange item has a different price than your paid item, we will refund / charge the difference.

All returns, damages or defective parts should be reported as soon as possible by emailing us at info@zenithvibes.au. Please include your Name, Order Number, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and brief description of product purchased in your email. Please contact us before any return, all items should return back to our head office instead of the sender address.

Restocking Fee

Refund items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
